Very disappointed i got some uggs as a gift and was told i could exchange them at there location. But they had none in stock and would be getting a shipment to call and come bac after calling two days in a row for their shipment. Which they didn’t receive, i was told i can’t exchange them and to try to send them back to ugg. 
Some customer service, they could of said that days ago rather then wasting my time.

Rather smaller than the other locations of orva, but excellent customer service by Dino. Not usually in the neighborhood but had a conference near here so I decided to see what they sell at this location. My kids needed new footwear and I was able to purchase rainboots and cool colored converses for both my kids. Again, out of the way but if I have to come back I know who is the right person to help me.

El servicio es malísimo si fuera por las que trabajan ahí no hubiera comprado nada, con esas caras que ponen al uno entrar y ni siquiera le brindan una sonrisa a uno, no me trataron mal pero esa actitud de como que odiaran su trabajo le quita las ganas de comprar a cualquiera, si no hubiera sido porque necesitaba unos zapatos no hubiera comprado nada y al final no me dieron ni las gracias, era como que les diera lo mismo si alguien comprara o no
