These guys are SO helpful! 

I bought a pair of doc martens from them that broke within a month—the shoelace rungs on these things ate through two pairs of shoelaces and the leather along the back seam of one shoe actually split. I brought the boots back in to the store just to see if they could warranty them for me and they handed me a brand new pair, no questions asked!

$120 may not be a lot for some people, but I don’t make much and these boots were my big winter investment—I needed them to last the season. It makes me feel so good to know that the place I bought these boots has my back and will help me out when something that’s obviously a manufacturing defect destroys my shoes so soon after purchase—I can’t say I trust many stores in NYC to do the same. They’ve made a repeat customer out of me!

I was given a pair of UGG boots for my birthday and I wanted to exchange them for a different style.  They recommended the exact style that I had envisioned; the exchange was quick and easy. It's so pleasant to shop for shoes in a comfortable and relaxing setting with such a courteous and helpful staff.  Will definitely revisit.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this store. They have a nice selection of athletic, hiking, walking and fashion shoes. The prices are great also! The gentleman [a genuine term] who helped me was helpful and polite. When I needed to try on multiple sizes because I'm pregnant and my feet have changed size, he was understanding and quick to get me what I needed. I highly recommend this store :)

I looked at several stores both brick & mortar and online for yellow rain boots for my daughter. They were either out of stock or didn't have the right size or color. I found Orvas and they had exactly what I was looking for! The salesperson who helped me was very nice and the price was $5 cheaper that any other place I looked.
