-1☆..... Don't go. Gotten worse in the past 2 years. We don't take our family and those we care about there anymore. We don't tell our enemies to eat their either. But, if you go, here's what you DON'T do: 1. DON'T SIT BY THE WINDOWS WHEN IT'S COLD. 2. Don't expect the hostesses to actually host you. There are more important things on Snapchat than how many people are in your party or how long you've been standing around at the door, silly.... 3. Don't ask questions about the menu. 4. Don't eat your food without holding onto your plate and/or bowl with your free hand. 5. Don't expect a good hibachi show. 5a. Don't expect friendly pre-order personnel. 5b. Don't expect hibachi chefs to look enthused. 6. Don't expect friendly management. 7. Don't expect drink refills until you're done eating. 8. Don't expect your table of 4 people's food to come out at the same time. Same for 3 people's food. Same for 2 people's food... It just won't. 9. Don't expect hot food. Silly.... 10. Don't expect your server to take care of you until they hand you the check. No matter how crowded the restaurant is, you'll get the same service. Once that check hits your table, they're your #1 fan and will do back flips for you.

We went here for my birthday lunch. This place is definitely no Genki Sushi place like Hawaii with their conveyor belt. It took the Sushi makers a long time to put out the plates. We spent $55 on trying different things. The only good thing we both liked was their deep fried sushi. Their spicy tuna had a sweet flavor and their shrimp ones had a vinger flavor to it. We both were not very happy here. Although I am glad we got to experience this place because I was longing to eat at a place like Genki in Hawaii. The waitress was nice but we will never eat here again sorry 😩

This is my favorite Osaka! The service is always quick and the customer service is fantastic. I wish they would update this one like the poplar location,but still great!
