I only rated one star because you cant comment unless you rate it. I would give them a Big fat 0.  I bought my wedding set from Oscar's 11 years ago. Today my husband and I went in to see about having my rings solder together and the prongs fixed and the girl was so rude and asked what happened to the jeweler they made it and was told we bought it there. You wanna be rude and act like you don't want / have time for my business I will surely take my money elsewhere.

Oscar is so sweet had a bracelet fixed there, ring cleaned, as well as links removed from my watch. Great experience all around and prices are just as great! Highly recommend!

On our last visit (though almost 6 months ago) we put a watch in for a battery change and polishing. The lady behind the counter was simply rude with my wife in the way she spoke to her and treated her. We once again blew this off and chalked it up to poor service professionals. The day after we received the watch back we realized that my debit card was charged twice within moments of each other and for the same amount. Clearly this was a duplicate charge. It was not a big deal. My wife called Oscar's and spoke with a lady believed to be the wife or girlfriend of the owner whom does the work. She was very rude and denied the double charge without even looking in to it. My wife asked her to please simply look at the register tapes and records and it would be clear that there was an accidental over charge. The lady then told her to bring her copies of our bank statements and she would look into it. She would not and did not allow us to fax or email the documents "it had to be in person". This was an incredible outrage as we were the ones inconvenienced and out an additional $45 yet they would not check the register tapes nor call their merchant services. To make the matters worse she tells my wife that it will take "a few days" to reverse the charges IF we can prove that they happened. We then called my bank to report them and remove the charges (which were removed within 10 minutes of my call). We have since filed complaints with BBB and our bank against them.

In response to the review below, I just want to say that is unfortunate that issue happened here at Oscar's Jewelers. However, the owners here at Oscar's Jewelers make sure to take care of each and every customer's jewelry and watches with the utmost care and integrity. The owners make sure that each customer ends up leaving happy no matter what and to make sure all their needs are taken care of. They care about customer satisfaction here at Oscar's. If you do not believe our motto, come by and check out what is in store here at Oscar's.

I went to oscars jeweler's about 1 week ago the lady behind the counter was rude. As I began showing her my ring I explained that I had come here before maybe a year and half ago and got the ring fixed ( there was another lady working behind the desk who treated me great), the rude lady began to tell me that there was nothing she could do for me unless I brought her a receipt. I thought that was upsurd because what if I was a new client and I needed the ring fixed?  Then I guess Oscar, the owner came out and he told me the same thing. Then as I stood talking to Oscar, the lady began yelling out from the other side of the room " you see this recipe number, I need it". Overall my expiernece there was not good. I really never expected that since the first time I went there I was treated so great by this other lady that was there. I will definitely will be taking my business else where.
