There should be a negative STARS option.  Don't even try calling.  They give a long-winded introduction of useless, common sense information and promise to provide service from a highly trained professional then promptly disconnect you.  Tried four times and the same result.  What a fantastic waste of time.

Awful experience every time I go. I had to go on 4 separate occasions to get paper work because they never gave me what I was looking for. The staff barely helps it seems like they really don't want to do their job they are beyond rude and will let you explain yourself only to tell you they don't know what they are looking for. They definitely need to hire new people who actually want to work and help others find what they are looking for. I had to call a lawyer to find the paper work they were too lazy to look on the computer for. Very disappointing really needs new staff.

The most unpleasant experience I've ever had. I had to evict someone from my property but no one seems to know anything about the process and they expect you to know. That Hispanic lady is so rude and unpleasant! And unfortunately she's the only one there. She just tell you"read! Everything is explained in the paper"!  She get annoyed if you alk her a question...horrible customer service at least in This department.
