Location is convenient. Had to report potential fraud of an account and the complaint was handled in an expedient and professional manner. Calls were a bit more confusing. I was transferred to two different areas before being transferred to the correct area. Operators do not hold the line to ensure proper transfer. They just "blindly" transfer you on to what they think is the right area.

generally nice and honorable guys, and I'm a fan of most police anyways, but I'd say, there's just a few too many in Oswego.

I just happened to get a flat tire and got stuck at the Oswego Police Station. Officer Tony McDaniel was so courteous and helpful on a cold day. It wasn't any easy task and he was awesome. If your whole department is like Officer Tony, Oswego is in good hands. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
