I bought a new car and love my  car. However the person how closed the deal I think his name is Jim or James very rude. I think that when you sign the papers that should be the end of it. Then phone call came need more money down. Of course my trust level is down. What else are you not telling me. So anyway after signing the paper once again. I asked about , some of the features he rudely interrupted me,saying I don't know anything about cars .say what you work for a dealership you don't know anything about cars? The correct response would been to find someone 
Knows the answer. He never gave me my paper work. I had to go back in to get them. Shame on him,that's bad business. If you are a closer in sale you know to give this to the costumers. I am in service industry and I must say I  amazed  at his cold rude insensitive behavior. I don't think I'll be buying a another car from their again. In closing my sales man was wonderfull.

Desmond and the entire team at the Security Blvd location are AWESOME!  The knowledgeable  sales staff knew the details about the car I wanted to buy,  even giving me the history behind the car I brought and a tour of the bldg,  the  finance person (Rob) answered every question related to costs, to the nice young man who offered his charger to charge up my phone,   everyone  made my experience at Ourisman,  a positive one. I LOVE my new car and recommend that you shop here when you want to buy a car.

Chris B.was very helpful in helping me select my SUV.  Even though I came in close to closing time, he treated me as if I was the first person of the day.  After having him out on the lot in cold and dreary mist,  I didn't purchase the vehicle (stubborness on my part).  I came back the next morning and Michael S. completed the sale.  Both gentlemen made sure I knew all  the features of my Explorer and that I was comfortable in my decision. Everyone in the showroom was friendly, answering any questions my kids had about the cars on the showroom floor, even though they wasn't buying anything.  I recommend seeing these two for any car buying needs.

I went to have a oil change at 8:30am on Friday 22,2017and had to wait 10 minutes before I was helped. I was charged 66.00 for a oil change which was extremely high. I was informed it would take 1 hour. A shuttle took me home. At 10:51am I received a call informing me that my car was ready and driver will be notified. At 12:00 I called back, they forgot picking me up.I finally got my car at 1pm.
Bad customer service for a over priced oil change.

Shamaar was great! He was patient and he got me into exactly what I needed. I’m extremely happy with my truck. Shamaar called to make sure everything was going well and offered to answer any questions I had ever have about my new vehicles
