This is my first time using dealership auto care. In the past i have always went to auto mechanic shops thinking I would save more and be able to get my vehicle quicker. Using quick lane express made me feel like I am VIP and that experience made me feel good. The quickness to get my vehicle into service and the time it took to receive my vehicle took my breath away. I love the fact they do a vehicle report card to let you know if there are potential issues that will arise.Once again thank you for all your hard work!!

Koons ford did a great job! My sales associate Keith S. Was fantastic! He made it a very special day for me! I love my Ford Taurus and he even test drove it with me. I was excited but more appreciative at the help I got. A big plus is they had lunch catered and was offering to everyone in the showroom. Great place if you need to get a car!

Awesome experience!! Kirby (sales rep) and Harry (finance) were very pleasant and accommodating. Mike (operations director) very professional and meticulous, making sure my new 2017 Mustang GT is babied while my twin turbos are installed!! From beginning to end, no complaints and highly recommend. Thank you team!!

Excellent dealership all the way around.  My car of 9 years was finally too expensive to repair, and the service department made it easier for me to leave my car there while waiting to get the loan and prepare to buy a new one.  I was unsure of what to do, but the service team put my mind at ease and let me know that there were options.  Then I decided it was time for a new vehicle.  It was a pleasure to work with Jeff on the sales team, as he took the time to show me the options for cars within my budget.  It didn't take long to find the right car:  the mileage was low and the price was right.  This was my first time financing a vehicle, and the entire team was consistently helpful, courteous, informative and respectful.  Whether you're looking to trade in, buy new or pre-owned, or both, there is sure to be a great deal for you here.  I honestly had no idea that selecting a car and working out the financials could be so simple!

I took my vehicle to Koons Ford last week for recall and other repairs and was assured that I would not leave disappointed. My service tech, Jay, made the impossible possible--he made me smile by the time I left the service area. Not only did Koons Ford come through on all of the repairs that were needed, but Jay provided hands on service that you just can't get from anywhere. Thank you so much! My explorer rides smoothly again!
