Don't be fooled by the online reservation option that "guarantees availability" I completed the "reservation" and got a confirmation email that stated the unit would be held for 1 day and I had until 7/16 to sign the rental agreement or the unit would be released. Less than an hour and a half later my husband and I arrived with a trailer full of furniture to sign the rental agreement and move in just to be told that they rented the unit to someone else! So they operate under false pretenses and there was no apology, no offer for a larger unit at a lower rate to compensate for their poor business practices. And what pissed me off the most is they had my phone number and my email that they could have used to notify me but they couldn't even extend me that common courtesy.

Great staff and great rates

The lady's were nice office clean. The storage buildings were hot and they did not have buggies or carts to help with move in.

We rented a U-Haul there  they didn't  even checked it and they just gave me the number and told me to pick it up myself
