Practical Pig storage in P.C. on 77 across from Target.
Our daughter rented a storage unit there and was told that the hours are from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Yesterday evening we pulled up while it was raining on and off with a load of her belongings to put in the storage unit. The keypad was not working and we could see the owner looking at us from his 2nd floor window. It was 9:20 when we pulled up. We honked the horn, waved at him etc for about 15 minutes. He chose to ignore us until we called on the phone. After a heated argument he let us in for 10 minutes. That was a Chinese fire drill and we got about half the stuff unloaded. So today I wasn't able to help them until about 7:30PM, we pulled up to the keypad with tape on it NOW that said broken. We again watched him looking at us out of the window, so to cut down on time I called him. He basically told us to come back in the morning, that he worked 60 hours a week and it was "TO MUCH OF A BOTHER" for him to have to press his magic button to let us in and out. Now I could have showed my ass, but chose to let all my friends, the BBB and ANY other forum I can know that Practical Pig is not a place they should spend their hard earned money to do business with.
