They have the best docs, and it’s so nice to have everything I need there, lab, X-rays, dental, eye doc, mental health, insurance specialist. Everything you need is right there! I have no complaints!

If you've ever wanted to witness the power of a monopoly, this is the place for you. Due to it being the only medical facility this far out on the Cape, Outer Cape has no qualms making you wait 2+hrs to see a medical professional, even with an appointment (I'd know, they've done it to me on 4 occasions) -- But there's no line when they want to charge your credit card and have no issue taking you and your insurance company to the cleaners. Best advice: save your money and take the ferry to Boston or drive down to Hyannis to see real medical professionals.

Yesterday, I went to the outer cape health services with a injury to my finger, probably caused by a fish hook,  and I saw a  PA--who was caring and courteous-- who  opened it with a needle and found no pus but only blood. She gave me a tetanus shot and antibiotics. The problem: the finger is more swollen now than before and  I will need see someone else very soon, perhaps today.  I wish I had seen a doctor as I would have insisted had I been home and perhaps should have done yesterday. I remain skeptical that PAs should do the work of doctors.

Excellent facility.  It's amazing how fast they can see you!  Super friendly staff and quality care.

The dental office doesn't even deserve one star, but I can't post without at least one. I am appalled at the barriers to health care access I encountered trying to make a dental appointment. I was told I could not schedule an appointment without a copy of my dental records from my previous dentist. (These records had already been sent by e-mail, and my previous dentist even telephoned them to ensure that were received). I asked "what if I hadn't been to a dentist in the past few years and there were no records, could  I make an appointment?" and the answer was yes, but since I had been seen by a dentist within the past 5 years, their 'protocol' was no records, no appointment. How absurd !!!
