We went all over Houston, we made so many calls. Not one place had the mini loaf pans with clear lids. But they did here and way more affordable than the ones online!! This will definitely be my place from now on. The young lady was amazing I didn’t get her name. But just a great person and so kind. Y’all saved the day!! Highly recommend!

OMG! Dillion created my dream cake for my sons 4th Birthday, he thought it was a real train lol, well everyone did The cake was beautiful more than I expected, it was moist and delicious, everything on the cake was detailed, Dillion did not miss a beat on this cake! I recommend OVER THE TOP CAKES for all your events, themed or not and they are extremely reasonable as well as deliver for a small fee to different cities and set up your cake! I am so Thankful

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful if you can't find it here they will make it or find it for you it's fast and easy in and out wonderful shopping experience so friendly I can't say enough I needed a special stencil made and the next day they had it done for me and it turned out amazing my customer was very happy thank you so very much and I tell several people about you

I love this place! The cashier helped me pick out exactly what I needed and was so sweet! I’ve never made a cake aside from the basic two layer square cake pan store bought box with a thin layer of icing. Most the time those even looked like an earthquake. I attempted to make a professional cake with no experience for my son’s first birthday. This could have easily ended up a disaster. I went to Over the Top Cake Supply and within 20 minutes I had a bag full of stuff and extremely helpful info! My 6 tier cake was a success!!!

Cake addicts unite!  This is the place to go for all your addiction in cake supply needs…  oh wait. I shouldn’t say that should I?  Ok hmmm ok I’ll reword it:  this is a lovely place with lots of cake supplies you won’t be disappointed-  there that’s better.

The owner made a groom's cake for my wedding that was absolutely amazing! I wanted a Borg cube since I'm a huge Star trek fan. It blew my mind when I saw it. It even had animated lights built into it! The flavor was fantastic as well. I can't imagine it having turned it any better. I think it was better and tasted way better than the main wedding cake someone else made. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Even the price was better than another place I got a quote from

I visited at 10:30am on 4/13/22. The woman working there never spoke, not even an acknowledgment. She was interested in staring at me and listening to her voicemails out loud. I had questions about classes. I’ve spent money and referred people there in the past. I’m going to have to reevaluate whether I go again. Horrible non customer experience. A previous review, also addressed this issue.
