Clueless buffoonery abounds. Was told I need to "predetermine the level of care I need" before I come in as "we can't handle everything here". Gotcha, so a cyst and some tiny cuts on my fingers are too great of a medical issue for them to handle. I need the ER, a referral and the healing hands of Jesus, and they just can't deal with it. Idiots. Also, Overlake's PRIMARY care providers have a bad case of lyingitis as they ignore your pharmacy until they damn well feel like refilling a prescription.

Keeps telling me I need to make an appointment for  prescription refill, even though I already did.

Wonderful. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Wait time is excellent. Doctor to patient relationship is excellent.

Friendly and professional. I came in for urgent care and they had me medicated for the immense pain I was in quick. The receptionist gave me the necessary forms quick and I saw a doctor within minutes of arrival. 

They ran thorough tests and every technician, doctor, and nurse in that building is a saint in my eyes. God bless you overlake medical clinics.
