The owners took a genuine interest in making sure my daughter and I had a safe place to car camp. This experience kicked off a wonderful trip for my daughter and myself! I loved the place! Thank you again for being so understanding that we'd be there late! :)

Me and my husband have lived here for 8 months.. We love it here. Kathy the owner is very friendly and is always doing things to improve the camp ground.  Also she has a get together for everyone for a dinner and kareoka and games, corn hole...  Kathy is a good person with a kind heart..

Had planned to stay long term, until one month in I was evicted on baseless claims. The other tenants I had met were nice, but management was in a perpetual bad mood. Between a constant police presence, the occasional narcotics bust, and the creepy guy working the gas station next door, I was probably done a favor being evicted. Not a place I'd recommend staying at.

I would not recommend staying at this place either, she is very unprofessional and she makes comments that she doesn't want the police there but they constantly  patrol the park. To be honest if you have children, this would not be the place to stay for a day or long term. It may look clean and look like somewhere anyone would want to stay but don't let the cover of the book cloud your judgement of what the inside is like. My fiancé and myself were planning on being residents of this place but was evicted bc of a family situation that did not have anything to do with her or her park. They have people that sell drugs in her (Kathy's) clean park but as I said don't judge a book by its cover!!!!!! She is very rude and when you sign the contract it also states that you will be reimbursed if site is the way you got it, big LIE, she will wait until you are ready to pull out and then deny you your money back. ANYWHERE WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!!! The park beside her is dirty looking but honestly would probably be a better place to stay. I post this as someone who has experience at this place, which was not a good one by any means.

I have been here since September of 2016,you could not ask for a better place to stay. Yes it needs to be updated,and the owner is doing all she can to make it a better place away from home. Very nice people here.
