Thank you for your interest in our family owed and operated park. We strive for excellence everyday. Our staff offers a friendly and helpful atmosphere. We have 100 sites on 8.5 acres and are located 11 Miles North of the downtown Nashville loop. We take pride in our park, and do our best to keep it well maintained to ensure that your stay has exceeded your expectations. Stayed here for 3 months in our 43 ft 5th wheel. The sites are pretty tight as are the roads to get to sites. But they have nice staff and the park is clean. Their hose spouts are insulated so during cold weather it's less likely that your water is going to freeze. They had a low monthly electric rate at $0.11 per kilowatt. And their propane was priced quite low for a campground! They have a store with a great selection! Used to have gym equipment and a nice Mac computer a little library and movie rental settup but removed those things during our stay when new ownership took over. Their Wi-Fi isn't great. The traffic noise from the interstate is constant. It is VERY muddy. Gets wet with any amount of rain or snow definitely need to lay fresh gravel and put in more drainage. Several inches of water sit on each site when it rained. I'd recommend bringing rain boots if you're going to stay here. Many days I would walk out my front door and be standing in as much as 7 in of water. They have Lots of potty pick-up stations for pets as well as a lengthy dog park (great for playing fetch)! Even have a small pet walking Trail but it stays very muddy if there is any moisture in the air or on the ground so your pet always needs a bath after. I think this park would be much better in the summer since it would be less wet. They have a few small cabins and a small pool. Cornhole, a small playground, and shuffleboard as well. They have a group fire pit located in the center of the park which is nice because they require you to have a raised fire pit or rent theirs. Their Washers & dryers work very well and are clean! Bath house is fairly nice & cleaned often! They have strict rules as far as what you are allowed to have outside your RV so that it doesnt begin to look like a mobile home park. We planned on staying at this Campground for a while and were not told that our rates would change drastically. When the new ownership took over they tripled our rate bringing the cost to $1600 per month. They claim to be doing this so that they can make improvements to the park. The only reason I would not stay again is because I don't want to give my money to the new owners. They have no problem with screwing people and that's not a business i want to support.

We spent several nights in an RV after closing on the sale of our house. The park, bathroom/shower, and laundry facilities were all clean and tidy. If you are an introvert like me you won't like the fact that the campsites are so small and tight (no privacy outside the RV). All of the campers were nice and seemed to treat others like family. Great place for overnight parking or if you enjoy communes.

Larger lots and very helpful employees there. I had an issue with my car dolly and without a hand I would have NEVER gotten it resolved. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice enough park and but staff not overly friendly or accommodating. For some reason even though they were busy as heck, of the two people working behind the front desk, the woman was overwhelmed trying to help us while helping someone on the phone while others we're waiting behind us. And all the time she is doing all this, the man employee is ignoring everyone, doing something on his computer not helping anyone and not even greeting people or explaining why he's not able to help.
