It is a CUTE,  little park.  
PARKING is available on the street.  There is no a designed parking lot. 
The Boots n' Hat is a very cool attraction. Extremely HUGE! 
The colors of the hat are a little faded but not bad considering that is outside.

Unique little park with some history in the Georgetown neighborhood. Many great nearby restaurants and bars.
