The bus was supposed to arrive at 9:10pm. it was delayed. We've been told until 10:15. Instead of staying open to accommodate the people stuck waiting, they kicked everyone out at 9:40. Not only is that rude and incredibly unprofessional, but it's heartless, as some of the people waiting are children. This station is, apparently, garbage, and so are the lazy bastards working it.

Its a small-town transit center. As 'transit centers' go, it's clean and organised. Beware that Amtrak parking is hard to find; it's on the opposite side of bus queue area, under the bridge.

Always late train AFTER nagging customers about Last Boarding Call...30mins later STILL no train, updates, or appologies. They seem to resent having to DO the job. And no phone # so had to post here even.

The train station was nice and the boys enjoyed their trip to Grover Beach. The lady that worked in the train station was the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my history of using the train system. I was explaining to her that my boys were riding the train to meet my husband and she did not want to let them ride alone. I explained to her that they were old enough and she said I heard you the three times that you told me, but refused to let them on. She needs to get a new job.
