I have tried both places Arkadelphia and Hot Springs both are overpriced for the quality they deliver. Honestly I would not let my dog walk around with the stains and wrinkles they leave behind

Fired my girlfriend for having a personal medical appointment. Insisted that having a medical appointment meant her new job at Ozark cleaners "was not a priority" and that she needed someone more available. The appointment was going to be 45 minutes to an hour tops. Owner who hired her also lied to her and changed her pay to 10.00 per hour when she is clearly advertising positions for 11.00 per hour. Terrible working conditions according to former employees, they were not allowed to talk to each other or customers unless it was about business, 30 minute lunch for working 10 hour business days, and extremely rude management. Employees quit after a few days and those why stay are only there for the slightly above minimum wage pay. Pretty amazing how they have managed to stay in business this long.

This was my first time using Ozark Cleaners. I just wanted my clothes (1pair of blue jeans and 1 blue jean skirt to have 1 button per item sewn onto them) and my three house dresses (you know, the one size fit all kind that can be bought at the Dollar General to have the sides reinforced with one line of thread) each. I asked the lady who took my order how much it would cost altogether because Ozark Cleaners has a BIG sign that tells customers to ASK about alteration pricing. That's what I did and she quoted me a price at between 10 and 15 bucks. She said that the order would be ready in a week. Well, I went a week later to pick up my clothes and was prepared to hand the lady (was someone new) a 20 dollar bill when she told me, to my horror, that it would be 54.50!!!!!! I have talked to the store manager numerous times over the last 3 weeks about my clothes. I'm being given the run around. They are insisting I pay 54.50!!! The manager told me the lady who quoted me the price was fired. Wow! Why the hell is that my problem or concern?! My issue is getting my clothes at the price I was quoted. The manager said, "Well give me 30 bucks and we'll call it even. That's only fair." No the hell we will not. I am paying the price I was quoted, no more, no less. THAT IS ONLY FAIR and anything contrary to that is crooked and as wrong as two left shoes. As a matter of fact, it's criminal. Literally. As of right now, I still don't have my clothes. NEVER EVER go to Ozark Cleaners. It's a SCAM!
