Story

At Ozarks Elder Law, we have more than 15 years of
combined experience with two offices to better serve
our clients in Southwest Missouri. Our attorneys are
members of the National Association of Elder Law
Attorneys (NAELA). We are unique because we
provide a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to help
our clients. As Elder Law attorneys, we consider what
is best for our clients from all points of view, including
the legal, medical, financial, social and family issues.
We approach these issues in an objective way, with a
primary emphasis on promoting the highest quality of
life dedicated to providing solutions for the elderly, the
disabled and their families. As attorneys, we are able
to utilize legal tools and techniques to meet the goals
and objectives of our clients. As advocates, we assist
clients in planning for the possibility of disability,
incapacity, home health care, assisted living and/or
nursing home placement. Through estate planning
and asset protection planning, we help clients to
avoid probate and the impoverishment caused by
the escalating costs of long term care. We also help
our clients maintain their right to make health care
e for the individuals that we serve. Above all we are
decisions and avoid unnecessary medical treatment.
