This is the kind of business that you want to support.  Yesterday we had an issue at our place of business that needed quick attention because it was a safety issue.  I called Ozburn Electric and spoke to the owner, and he said if I didn't hear from one of his guys within 30 minutes, to contact him again.  Mind you, hurricane Irma has just passed through our area, and all contractors in this area were covered up.  I heard from Scott within 25 minutes, he was here within 30 minutes, fixed the problem, and refused to charge me for the steps he took.  This is the kind of service that businesses need to commit to in order to succeed.  Terry, we appreciate you!!!
