I was so impressed with the electrician they sent out.  Gerald is awesome!
I have been having some work done around my home and in this day and age, I ALWAYS have to have someone come back to finish or correct a job they did.  Not this company, they did it correctly the first time with little or no mess.  I am so so picky and I am so so pleased.  I will refer them to anyone who needs an electrician and will use them again.  Also they lady who answers the phone is also very nice and accommodating.  Great company!!

I'm sure they're fantastic.  IF you can get them to call you back, that is.  Called several times, left messages and even did the whole contact us thing via their website.  Nothing.  I suppose they don't need any more business.

We had an odd electrical problem after the storms came through this September--some but not all outlets on same circuit gave out. Pat Murphy techs came early, stayed late, and did everything they could think of to finally locate the problem, fused wires.  They rigged our wiring to work overnight, then came back the next day to run a new line and bypass the fused wiring inside a wall; we were thrilled not to have any holes punched here and there! 
Was it cheap? No. Was it done right? Yes. Did the guys handle everything professionally, keep us informed at every step, and give us a quote they stood by? Yes.
Hats off to Dave U. and Dave G. for sticking with this project until it was properly fixed!

I had a great experience with Gerald Pannell and Nick Wright today!  They installed 4 new ballasts and 2 outdoor front door lights.  Their work is excellent.  Very neat. Very professional.  Gerald explained clearly the options and cost.  I will definitely will use Pat Murphy Electric, Inc. again! Two great technicians!

We recently purchased a home with some fairly major electrical problems.  We received three quotes for the work and Pat Murphy was $8,000 higher than the company we ended up going with.  Further, the technician who came out tried to up-sell us, which would have made them $14,000 higher than the competition.  I hope Pat Murphy does truly *stellar* work, because their pricing is not competitive on large projects.
