I have been going here for the last 4 or 5 years and they are awesome! They have always taken great care of me and my car. There are times that I have gone in with no clue about what was wrong. They could have taken advantage of me. Just the opposite has happened. A few times they adjusted some minor things and sent me on my way without a charge. I highly recommend them. I especially like working with Mir who is my service person. Ozzy is great and as a business systems expert, I can tell you be has created a good structure and culture.

I had the pleasure of buying four new tires the other day from Ozzy's Auto Clinic and it was a wonderful experience.  I had an extensive conversation about what tire options would work well for my car.  Billy gave me a pick up time, absolutely no wait, my car was ready to go.  The price was fantastic AND I even got a $80 rebate.  I highly recommend Ozzy's, the customer service is A+++ and the prices are right.

They really look out for their customers.  They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff and their prices are reasonable.  I trust their mechanics.  They helped me with a situation I was having with another garage ... they could have taken advantage of me, but instead they told me that the other garage was wrong and I ended up paying a third of what the other place was trying to get from me.

I went to Ozzy's Auto Clinic for the first time today, looking for two new tires.  Long story short, after my visit, I ended up on the side of Rt 9 with a flat tire--on one of the new tires. But here's where things turned around.  The owner himself--Ozzy--came with his flatbed truck AND his Mercedes Benz.  He put my car on his truck and gave me (who he didn't even know!) the key to his Mercedes so I could get to work.  When I returned his vehicle tonight, I found all issues on my car fully addressed AND that Ozzy had refunded my entire bill.  Talk about excellent customer service!!  Next time my car needs anything, I'm taking it to Ozzy's!

When I started going to them at first they where very nice and i thought honesty but lately they have been over charging and stating that you need to re-new the contact for your old change when you have only visited twice or three times. This is very disappointing i hope Ozzy is reading this  because this is not good for his business.
