Have had problems with my computer ever since I got it back. And I can't open 17 invoices for some reason! I called and they were quick to say it wasn't them that caused it! Hard to believe that when i was able to open before I took it in.

Great store, its too bad stupid people give bad reviews because they believe that even though they know nothing about computers, they believe a tech can make a pc run like new, newsflash, its old and he makes it run BETTER. Parts take wear and tear. Also, dont get mad because a problem arose after the pc was in the shop and he says it wasnt him. He really knows his stuff and I know for a fact that if he even thought he MIGHT have caused it, he would fix it because hes just like that.
