Very helpful in that I had a brand new still in the box phone that I'd just got in the mail but was wrong carrier and they switched it out. The problem was the phone they switched it out for had an led problem and the phone died within two weeks. They are over priced as well! I wouldn't go back to them if they were my only option!

I had my IPhone stolen it was found months later and all I needed was a SIM tray for my phone as the thieves had broken it! Tim didn't have a IPhone 7 tray in stock but was willing to use one from a phone he was selling just to help me out! And the price of the tray was very affordable! I'm completely amazed with these guys!

These guys are awesome. I dropped my phone off 45 minutes before closing and they called me 15 minutes after closing to come pick it up, so I did. Not only was the service fast, it was well worth the value and they offer a bunch of discounts to go along with the service if you choose. And a 90 day warranty for mechanical issues. Sweet! They're also friendly and it's a great local business to support.

To address the guy who says they "bribe" their customers to leave a good Google review, that's not what they told me. They said exactly, "If you want a 6-month warranty, head on over to Google and tell us how we did, good or bad." They never said I HAD to leave a good review, and as nice as they are I guarantee if I decided to leave them a bad review they would still honor the warranty. Anyway, great guys, especially Brian, and here you go! Here's my HONEST review. You deserve five stars for sure :-) .
