Recently went in on a Friday to purchase a ballast for a light fixture. One of the staff explained to me that the ballast I had is no longer produced so he sold me one that "would work with the bulbs I was using" which I also purchased from them. The ballast did not, in fact work, so I found one on an old fixture and all is well with the light now but, I tried to return the ballast that they sold me the following Tuesday and was informed that they couldn't resale it therefore they would not refund my $37. Basically, they will sell you something and tell you it will work, and if it doesn't, they just keep your money and it is your problem

Didn’t buy anything but the experience was the greatest moment in my life, I have no need for electrical stuff, but they were so great I think I might go see them today, and tomorrow. Plus that Jake is so beautiful! But he’s also not that great. On second thought jakes not anything special he’s just another guy. I guess I’ll go somewhere else For my electrical needs, but I still love you guys!
