Great friendly staff! This is NOT an Apple store I know it can get confusing sometimes. Always check with store reps for deals on phones, internet and Television.

Don't look for att to fix their mistakes. needed to add phone line get a new phone leave old phone on. You would think an att employee would understand this simple request. No left the store realized my old phone was off. Went back to store to fix it their mistake do u really think this happened. I cannot fix this AT&T mistake until I pay my bill. Now can anyone out there tell me why I have to pay a bill to fix their mistake. Yes folks their mistake......att
Should correct this. Good luck everyone fixing the mistakes AT&T make.

It's always a horrible experience with AT&T no matter what it is that you try to accomplish. Customer service is the worst and the service isn't much better! Pathetic how a company can charge what they want per month and you can never get it corrected. You either pay it or they disconnect you!

Helpful staff, but given the wrong sim card when moving from one phone to another.  Since it is the only ATT within thirty miles  ask questions.

I get suckered everytime I walk In here to either cable or something. There good at selling cause I don't even like what att is about and I'm very leary of the 5G and yet I am now using there satelitte
