After many hours spent searching the Internet and local stores I finally found not just the place but the man to deal with. Immediately after walking into p.c Richards in Oceanside a gentleman named Ed approached me. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about all his products but he was super easy to talk to. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy anything like most sales personal do. It was like I knew ED for years which made my shopping experience the easiest it's ever been. I highly recommend stopping by for anything you need. If I could give him a higher rating I would. I will definitely be back 100 percent.

Anytime I need anything I only go to PC Richards.  I always work with Eddie.  He always helps me out and gives excellent customer service.  Everyone at the store is extremely nice and helpful as well.  The last time I was there I purchased a new washer and dryer and Eddie made it a very easy purchase.  I couldn't decide which ones to get and he helped me make the smartest decision.  I highly recommend PC Richards to anyone looking for anything for their home..

I was in PC Richards in Oceanside today looking for a computer. Not knowing much about them I needed much help. The staff was wonderful. They took their time and explained in detail what I needed for the work I do. The store manager Ed came over and walked me through some programs that might be useful. I definitely recommend this particular store for anyone who is looking for knowledgeable staff. I will be back for all my needed purchases in the future.

For years, my family has been shopping at PC Richard in Oceanside,  for all of our electronic needs. Jeff Sugarman is our go to guy there. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he is also incredibly patient and helpful with every aspect of our purchases.  Even the delivery crew is outstanding.  We recently purchased a new oven, with installation,  for my son's Manhattan apartment. They not only disconnected and removed the old oven, but reconnected and installed the new one with extreme professionalism. They even checked it to make sure that it was working properly. We could not have been more pleased with the entire purchase. I highly recommend PC Richard, especially Jeff Sugarman at the Oceanside location.
