I wouldn't  think of shopping anywhere else. They've always treated me like family here. I've been shopping at this store since 2004. If I need any appliance this is my first and only stop. My salesman Marty treat me like a son. Every time I leave this store I leave knowing that I got the best deal. From the moment you walk into the store you are attended too. I love the shopping experience here.

I was extremely pleased by the attentive sales experience I had when dealing with Marty.  We recently purchased a washer and he was able to recommend the best for our use.  We returned within a month to purchase a refrigerator.  From the sales to the courteous and professional installers,  we highly recommend PC Richards of RVC.

After having an issue with my air conditioner that was a little over a year old I ended up speaking with Asst. Mgr. Michael Mulligan.  Mike understood my frustrating situation immediately and resolved my issue in no time.  24 hrs. later I had a brand new A/C in my wall.  In a day and time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I was very impressed with his service and customer service oriented attitude.  He did the right thing, the first time, and without any hassel.  Thanks again Mike!  I'll see you next time. - Jim

Ruben is awesome! I went in just to ask some questions about a new TV that I needed and he explained everything in an extremely clear and honest fashion. He explained different sizes, types and paired me up with the best wall mount for my needs... I went in just for questions and walked out with a much better deal than I found anywhere else, add that up with Rubens excellent customer service and I will be a patron here for life!

Ruben made my experience of re-doing my kitchen hassle-free and easy! Before going into the store I was intimidated and over-whelmed with the amount of available options, but Ruben was very quick to identify what appliances were the best fit for my budget and lifestyle. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful and respectful and understood what a big investment this was for me.The kitchen is the most important room in my house and I am very happy with the products Ruben recommended and the customer service I received along the way!
