By far, this location is one of the more organized stores that I've seen. The staff was very attentive and I was constantly offered help. Russell was the staff helping me out, he went out of his way to make ensure I was buying the product that best fit my needs/description. He we quick and straight to the point. Overall great experience!

P.C. Richard is a store that I always use do to the professionalism that's received every time I shop there. I can always depend on a Sales Associate by the name of John Savage....He always helps! He's very knowledgable of the Products and he always get the job done as far as breaking down the function of the Products.

I went there about a month ago for an Air Conditioner and left the store with not only an Air Conditioner, but I also left with a deep freezer and a TV stand. That was all based on the great Customer service that I can always count on getting from him. Not to mention that mostly everything in the store is reasonably priced!

Very enjoyable experience shopping here.  Good selection of wide range of products, competitive prices (watch for sales!), and very helpful staff. I ordinarily hate shopping, but PC Richards makes it fun.

The service at this establishment was phenomenal Kelly the on site support was sure to help and guide my family and I with the purchases. He was sure to explain when necessary about the appliances we couldn’t entirely decide on, all while being mindful of our budget. I will be visiting this store later knowing that I will leave with a smile and my needs met.
