Where do I begin? I simply cannot say enough good things about this store and its professional, polite, considerate, hardworking managers and staff. 

We had purchased some items a few years back and were very pleased with the customer service and prices. Recently, we remodeled our kitchen and after going to several different stores reached out to Curtis who outdid everyone not only in price but in his exceptional service and above all responsiveness to our needs. Anthony was also very helpful and resourceful as we made our decisions and then changed our minds....the staff never wavered in their support and always made us feel like the most important thing is that we be comfortable and happy with our choices! Vidal and Rich were also notable professionals.

Incredible staff, incredible prices, incredible experience!! Thank you again PC Richards for upholding such high standards...I cannot stop raving about you!

I purchase a remote car start from this facility they also install it for free!
The only problem I encountered was after installation of the remote start!
The technician that installed the unit did not even want to be bothered showing me how to use it! Thank God I have had remote engine starts installed before! And learned how to use the unit by myself and then had to teach my wife how to use it! The installer should have spent some time with me to show me the features!

I walked into the store and was promptly greeted by sales associate Dan Koster. He was extremely knowledgeable with all questions I had about some appliances. There’s was no pressure from him and he didn’t rush me to purchase anything I was unsure of. This was truly a great shopping experience!

Excellent Service...Great Deal!!!   I needed a washer and I needed it fast...and Roman got it done...and at a great price!   I spoke with Roman about what I needed and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  If you need an appliance ... call Roman!!!

Roman has been my go to salesman since he helped us purchase our kitchen appliances, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave as well as our washer and dryer in 2016. His freindly personality and superior customer service in dealing with multiple changes in closing dates has made me a repeat customer. We have since made numerous other purchases seeking Roman out and have referred family and friends to him. His product knowledge, honesty, no pressure approach are just a few of his qualities we appreciate when shopping. He is truly one of PC Richard and Son's greatest assets.
