Now this is the place to go if you want to be treated well. As you walk in, they acknowledge you, within seconds, you are asked to be helped and it's just great from that point. A good start, on Black Friday, I went in there and worked with Chad in the TV department who was patient, helpful, knowledgeable... not pushy, but was providing me with the information I needed to make my choices. It was around 2:30pm - 3:00pm when I went there for the 65 B7 LG TV after I was treated horribly next door at Best Buy. They made my day, what a difference, it's like night and day, I was begging to get helped at Best Buy while I was ignored. Feeling subhuman, I went to PC Richard & Son, was greeted immediately, 3 people, not just one, asked to help me within seconds. I bought my TV and was also able to get some minor price adjustments. Great store, great customer service... it goes a long way and make you feel good at the end for sure.... Keep up the good work and Thank you guys!!!

Too good. Manager and sales team is top notch, they help you save money and get the most out of what you want to spend. Very friendly front desk and overall staff, clean store and well organized. Highly recommended

We just a wonderful experience here. Kumar was very helpful in guiding us to chose a new washing machine. The manager Kenny helped to make sure we were satisfied and gave us the quickest delivery possible. Highly recommend!

I always have a great shopping experience here. The service is always good, and all employees helpful and friendly. They have a lot to choose from and in addition to technical stuff they have beds and mattresses as well. The store is always spotless and there is more then enough parking at any time. They also have the option of their P.C. Richard & Son credit card for the stores.
