Waited for over 30 minutes in line to be helped and, once someone finally started helping me, they sat me down only to have me wait for another 35 minutes now. I've been here for over an hour and I am still here. I'm simply writing this review to pass the time while I wait for them to bring me the phone that I wish I'd left without. I would highly recommend choosing a different sprint location.

The manager in this store is a liar. Never in my life have I had a problem here. She told me three weeks ago she would replace a phone and now says she would not and said she never did that even after she brought the phone out to me and opened it to make sure the color was correct. Now state she never did that then called me a liar and when I raised my voice she called the cops. No she was wrong three weeks ago and wrong today. The only liar is her. Stay away from this store.

Worst mobile provider ever. Stay far away. Carrier pigeon is a better option.
