Your employee, Loren, was so helpful and kind to me this morning. I was having a problem after an update required a new login. I am 64 and so not into technology. He was so patient and took his time explaining what might have happened and got me back to my gmail.
You have a priceless employee...please make sure that he knows how valuable he is.

Asked them about a processor upgrade, they didn't seem to know what I was talking about without looking it up. Basic part question all PC people should know

I am less than impressed,.  I brought them 2 computers with specific requests to save me time and get a professional touch.  They overcharged me for services not provided due to their inability to simply 'lend an ear', or possible worse intentions.  When I hand over a personal device I expect some professionalism.  At the end of the day the tech had to refund me $100 and then had the audacidity to keep my power cord (about $100 to replace).  When I called to ask about it he admitted to having and keeping it but not calling to let me know he neglected to put in it my case.  However, he had no problem calling me when my computer was done 2 days late to ask if he had to "put back together" a computer he simply trasfered files from.  Im pretty sure he didnt have to put much "back together"   He didnt even ensure the files he transfered were not corrupt.  In addittion, that wasnt even my initial request.  These people should not be in business.

Fast, easy to talk to about computer problems, and they built me a great computer -- they even installed my monster of a graphics card for me.
