Visited with my cousin for a mid week ladies night out. I haven't been at this location in over ten years and it is still a lovely atmosphere. I gave our visit four stars because our booth had a clean table and a filthy floor. We were stepping on dumplings, broccoli, and a discarded coloring mat. Otherwise, the food was decent and I enjoyed my ginger beer. Sadly, many restaurants have lost their zeal for customer service but P.F. Chang's was a pleasant enough experience for the price.

Easy parking in the mall garage. Use entrance just before valet parking. Take elevator or stairs up one floor. Friendly, helpful service. Reasonable prices. Good food, attractive dining room.

Food was delicious service was HORRIBLE. Restaurant was half full  with plenty of extra tables and we were told we would be seating in a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 30 minutes. We were then not even greeted by our server. He dropped off water 10 minutes after we sat down and walked away. We had to wave him down to put in our order. By the time we actually ordered the restaurant was fairly empty. It still look us 40 minutes to get our food. Our waiter never checked on us. Later on and waived a dessert menu in my face. Didnt even speak and ask if we were interested in dessert. Like I said before the food was delicious but service was horrible. Because of that I would never go back.

Went here for a meal with my family, ended up being harassed by management. Poor leadership skills, food was cold, atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming. I don’t recommend this location to anyone willing to spend money.

Food was was great and if its not a holiday you are seated quickly without a reservation. The service was excellent! This place is great!
