Food was very good but service from getting water to getting our check......terrible. If you're in a rush....not the place to go. Restroom area a bit scary.....not lighted well and outside door should be locked since mall access is so easy.

Seated quickly in an empty restaurant. Waited 10 min before I had to ask someone for a server. Had to ask for cutlery, had to ask for more water, had ask for crayons with my little one's kid menu… You get the idea. Food was great, but the problem here clearly boils down to poor management/training.

First time we went, our waiter was great. But the second time we had a horrible experience. It took about 30 mins to get food, even though the restaurant was almost empty. I was starving, and didn't want to wait for food, so I asked the server for a snack. She said she could bring some crispy noodles, but she never came to give them. The food was ok, but my ribs were COVERED with sauce. The service was horrible, but until they improve it, I'm not eating there. -HL

I would give it a higher rating but our Server, Devin, was atrocious! Because of him, the whole experience and our family dinner was not a pleasant experience but more stressful. Very unattentive to say the least. Took drink order but never brought the drinks. Asked if we wanted "share plates" and our answer was "yes" but never brought them. I can go on. This was at 3:00 in the afternoon. Not crowded at all. Food was excellent, but then again "Devin" didn't cook it. Don't think this family will be going back!

The food itself isn't bad, it's a typical over priced P.F Changs. The service here is absolutely terrible though. Every time I have been here we've waited close to 10 minutes just for a server to take our drink order. The food always takes close to 45 minutes to come out as well regardless of what you've ordered. Some of the food comes out very hot while other things are cold. They never give us silverware or napkins when we're sat and have to ask after the food is brought out. I would not recommend this location, I've had much better experiences at other ones and the food has been better.
