I have to say we are frequent visitors to Cheesecake Factory and usually enjoy our meal. So for my birthday I decided I would love to try their brunch menu. Well unfortunately I do not recommend brunch here, the service was extremely slow and the food was less than average. I ordered a California omelette and just asked that they leave off the Swiss cheese. Big mistake because they left off everything but the mushrooms. They said they would fix it but unfortunately all they threw on was cheese. No avocado no tomatoes and everything else missing. Plus by the time they came back with the "fixed" omelette , I was eating alone. The manager had come by and graciously offered me soup or french fries , however not my choice of food. Like I said we frequent cheesecake often, I have been to the Walt Whitman location as well and never had any problems so I will be driving there in the future.

The service has been awful lately. They never bring bread even if you ask it takes forever. They never come to the table ask if you need anything. We were a group of 4 and were going to order drinks but we didn’t because we knew the waiter would take forever. Business is losing money and waiters are missing out on good tip money. I refuse to throw the waiter under the bus but Get tougher on your staff.

Waited for at least 15 minutes to be seated. No one came to the front desk for the whole entire time. Waiters walked right passed and did not even greet the customers.

Good food but terrible service! Our waitress was slow slow slow, and after our meal was over she totally screwed up the check. Spent way too long here. Doubtful I will return. Between the too dark lighting and the subpar service, this would not be my first choice for dining.

We had one of the worst restaurant experiences in our life here today. Actually, we had been here last year and the service was slow but we thought that we should give another chance. I wish we didn't think so. Everything was extremely slow. Asking for a drink, ordering, bringing the food, paying the check... It was not only us, other customers were also waiting for so long and it was readable from their faces what they were thinking. And the pen which was given to sign the check was broken. It was like giving the message "don't tip me"... Also we were thinking about ordering cheesecake and I waited in front of the cakes with other customers but the employee did not care. She noticed people waiting but she continued to prepare something in the back. She could even tell that she is busy and she would help us or so but there was only ignorance... We were starving when we arrived and we left the restaurant in pain. Sorry but never again!
