Beware --its a trailer trash place with bad electric service and the manager either is too ignorant to understand it or just lies about it.

GREAT place to stay... Luke and Amanda are the best... very knowledgeable about RVs and very helpful!

WOULD NEVER RATE THIS PARK; they lie about everything they are crocks.NEEDS NEW MANGERS, So I called them up and talked and told her it was1970 rv, she said come on in.We were moving from Houston, it cost a good penny and they knew that . Then this young 14 yr old started knocking on our door. We would let her stay w/us in till her mom comes home. So this is what started, even we told manger to tell her to stop coming over there, at that point they did nothing. The little girl was pissed because we would not drive her to get drugs. The last time she knock,my husband ran off then she went to manger and told them something. They smoke pot, and if that 14 yr old is still they are getting her high. So that same night Luck mangers( husband) and my husband shock hands and Luck told my husband we would come fix line but never did. But the knock was not him the next morning, it was is wife. She is a very rude person, she did not like my husband so they were trying to get us out,so they used her. A lot they her because they did not want that rv there. So the manger knocking on our door saying we have one hour, then turned power off. Want got her blood running was my husband called the elc. company and told them they are stilling power. He wanted to know why our meteor was not reading. List our rv and just about everything w the manger there. Gave us one hour come on that nuts. This park needs new manger or the owner is going to get screwed. Then one day out there Luck and my husband said he was going to pay back the $150.00 never come. Its not the park, its who running it. Only hope owner and everyone who read take action to this. These are the biggest this, there are so many even little things, like sending mail back even when there. Also made us homeless for a year just about.

Sweet place for mountain biking, Only 30 minutes from Austin. Ten bucks gets you in or 100 for a year pass for biking swimming and lots of fun.
