Granted it was more than 3 years ago....terrible experience. We moved in and out in 2 days. My husband was at work. They yelled and cursed at me. We lost a months rent. Crazy old men there. Manager and the maintenance man!

Worst managers you will ever find! Rude, belligerent, and they use profanity like it's the natural thing to do. They have a history of threatening to toss people out in a matter of seconds with no regard for the due process clause of the United States Constitution. The positive reviews are undoubtedly posted by the managers or by close friends of the owner but be advised. They will tell you in a New York minute that YOU are NOT a tenant and you have no rights, privileges or protections that are extended to tenants. If you want to be treated with any respect without kissing someone's behind, look elsewhere to live. Especially if you are not white.

I needed interim housing and stayed for 8 months. The staff is great and the park has family appeal as well as being affordable.

So far so good. Quiet, secluded, 2 miles from the lake in either direction pretty much by car. Very roomie spots. Happy to call home!

When I lived there for three years, the place was great. Just steer clear of "ice skaters". No outside, constantly barking dogs, which is fantastic and mgt always keeps the grounds clean and mowed.
