The lady at the front desk perpetuates the stereotype of trailerpark trash.  She uses profanity constantly and is rude to customers behind their backs after they've left the store.  She has no idea what customer service is or should be.  Mngmt needs to find better help.  I'll drive much farther  and go elsewhere for my dry cleaning needs

The front desk needs to improve on their customers service skills.  They also lost my shirts and took a week to find them.  They eventually found the shirts and credited my account.

Pay up front, items came back with grease on them. They send it out so it takes awhile. Not going back

Clothes are generally clean as expected. I wish they would actually use heavy starch on shirts when asked. Otherwise, friendly people and reasonable prices.
