If anyone has Lindsey as a nurse practitioner, good luck. She was very rude telling me, "you are the slowest dresser I've ever had" when she didn't even give me a minute to change. Than she walked out and lead me to the lab and I went in with her. She was going to start a casual conversation with a co worker when she pushed me out and said i have to put my lab slip in the basket. I really hope this place can be more professional and more personable with their clients.

Don’t come here if you want to be treated like a human being. I told the doc I almost fainted and heard static and ringing in my ears. (Follow up from the ER) She laughed and moved to a different subject. She was the same doctor to tell me “sorry your boyfriend died” very bluntly when I came in to be assessed for anti depressants. She should not be practicing if she has no people skills. Edit: even though I left a bad review I do enjoy going to dr clack. Even though In the last, she did sit there and talk and have personal conversation right in the next room, make me wait literally 20 min, until I just walked out. This time, I had an appointment to overview some tests I’ve had done at the hospital, and talk about some of my health issues including my mental health. I called and said I would be 10-15 minutes late. They told me I would be clacks last patient, and to hold. They got back on the phone and said they will not take me past 10 min late. I actually showed up 10 min late and was still turned down. They must have wanted to skip me and go home early. This is just a job to these people and your health does not matter. Never will I ever go here again.

I retired in August of 2016, and had 2 different Aetna policies prior to getting on Medicare. Had a physical in late January 2017, and waited until I was sure they got the insurance payments straightened out. Thus, I didn't pay until late November 2017. I have been with Dr. Young since 1997. When I called to make an annual physical appointment I was told I couldn't since there were $40 in service charges outstanding. I spoke with the accounting person, and she indicated she would forgive $20 but not the total $40. The amount is not a problem, and considering how long it takes for insurance payments to be made, I didn't feel that service charges were justified. So now I can't get a prescription refill, and have to change doctors. I would caution any new patients that they not be on medicare, and do not expect any type of personal service. I am writing to Dr. Young about this, but do not expect much to change.

The billing department is the worst. Will mess up your charges, your insurance, and charge you a rebilling fee each month, no matter how many times you call them and they say they will fix things.

I've been going here for 20+ years. I absolutely love Dr. Clack. She's very caring and takes the time to listen to you. I've had to see other doctors over the years (when she was not available), and felt like a couple of them had no personable skills, but they did meet my needs at the time. I would recommend Dr. Clack to everyone.
