Bryan worked with me before and after my joint replacement surgery, and both the operation and recovery weeks were amazingly smooth! He had me build muscle strength prior to surgery, which was an excellent plan. I began rehab a few days following and was moving smoothly and back to full function very, very quickly.  Characteristics that particularly ensured a successful result include: 

- Listens very carefully
- Responds to what I actually tell him
- Answers questions thoroughly
- Adjusts to progress made 
- Checks to be sure!
- Models PT form and procedures for accuracy 

I highly recommend Bryan and the WBHPT team!

A few months ago, I started getting headaches and having bad pain in my neck. Eventually, I made an appointment at Whole Body Health to get an evaluation done. I had a few sessions with Bryan, who took the time to figure out the cause of my neck issues, as well as find ways to help relieve my pain. In addition to the usual exercises and massages, this including analyzing pictures of my work space to see how I'm positioned most of the day and suggesting small changes that could help put less tension on my neck. One really great thing about Whole Body Health is that they have a home exercise program. This made it extremely easy to do my strengthening exercises at home (yes, they'll give you homework, but do it! It helps!) After a couple of months, I was able to take the tools Bryan taught me and make a lot of progress. I now know my triggers and what I can do to help alleviate my pain. Overall, if you need a physical therapist, I would highly recommend Whole Body Health. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the physical therapists really listen to their patients.
