I was not very happy with the services because of several issues.  First, I told Jennifer and Anna from the beginning that I was in a rush to close the deal because of my move from LA to Fresno.  We were pushing to close in 28 days, and I believe my realtor was told that they can make it happen.  Well, there was delay after delay after delay.  It eventually got pushed back to appx 45  days, and for two weeks, I had to live in a hotel.  At the end, I literally had a truck full of furniture and household items parked in the middle of nowhere waiting for escrow to close.  The whole process was just a huge headache, and the underwriter kept lagging and lagging.  The second thing that still bugs me is that when I asked them about why the credit we were getting was less than what was promised originally, they lied to me and said the credit would be adjusted at the end.  I picked a higher interest rate to get that credit, but later I found out the credit was being offset by the lender fee.  If they had told me the truth from the beginning, I would have just picked the lower interest rate.  I'm really mad about that too.  Lastly, I feel that we could have obtained a much better interest rate and locked at a bad time.  Overall, I'm not too happy, although I appreciate their hard work.  It was mainly the delay that killed it for me and cost me approximately $2,500.00 in extra costs.
