We found Jim Sandoval on the internet and interview him to see if he was a fit for selling our house in West Hills. Jim was a complete professional throughout the process. He explained the current market and how to sell our home. Jim also explained what we needed to do and what he would do for the best price in the current market. From the list of paid advertisements, website listings, and phone calls he promised to use, we decided Jim was the best way to expose the sale of our home to the most amount of people. Jim hired a professional photographer that spent 6 hours shooting photos of our home with high quality lighting. The photos were amazing and we kept them as part of our collection of where we raised our kids. I would recommend Jim Sandoval to anyone interested in selling their home. BTW Jim did such a great job at marketing our home he had multiple offers and we settled for well over our asking price!

One of my good friends works here. She gave me a tour and they seem pretty busy all the time. They focus on the LA area.

Juan Alderete is an amazing agent. He is young, but people shouldn't be deterred from this agent because of that. Juan got us into a house in, what seemed to be, record time. We let him know of our time frame, he accepted the challenge and found us a beautiful home quickly. I'm extremely happy to have found him and the great people at PR. If in the market to buy a home, give Juan Alderete a try. He won't disappoint.

Milton was not pleasant to deal with. He was very pushy & always adjusting things to his personal schedule. My deal has been closed.... to only get calls & text after the fact saying he needs additional items signed. NOT HAPPENING. Told Milton to mail the papers ON MONDAY 2-8-2016 only to have the stalker show up to my new home TODAY 2-10-2016 with the papers I asked him to MAIL. Always had to wait for copies of signed documents & when I addressed him with the issue he proceeded to argue with me as to why I have to wait while my parents listen to the entire conversation. Now you want me to sign off on the walk through that YOU DIDN'T DO......I DID IT MYSELF WHILE YOU SAT ON THE COUCH TEXTING. I'LL SEND THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR THE WALK THRU THAT WAS SIGNED ON THE RELIABLE REALTORS END WHO DOEST LIE. Maybe if Milton wasn't in such a rush to collect his commission he would have gotten all the paperwork done correctly.

After speaking with Jim Sandoval and expressing no interest, his desperate, high pressure tactics to try to reel me into continuing a discussion I had no interest in, devolved into an obscenity filled exchange. Completely unprofessional and I welcome a face to face conclusion of our discussion. In the future, "just take NO for an answer". I would never do business with this company.
