Pack & ship has outstanding customer service! I own a small business and they always go above and to ensure I save money and use the best shipping to get my items to my customers. I highly recommend to ship with them.

I went in to shop USPS a SMALL poly bag and was told that it would be 6.90 "because of the flooding" and he "100% promised me" that if I drove to the post office I would be paying the same amount..... not true! I paid 3.32 at the post office! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are 100% trying to take advantage of their customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
