My experiences with Scott and the entire staff at Padgett Business Services have been professional and positive. I came to Padgett Business Services with nothing more than a mere idea. I haven’t been a client long, however, I can see my ideas coming to fruition. I find that Scott has a rare skill set. Aside from being a very knowledgeable accountant and business consultant, he is boundlessly creative. In addition, his network of accomplished business professionals have also been a pleasant surprise to work with. I am thankful to have such a professional and creative staff that listens to what I want, makes since of it all, and makes it work! Bad experience. I would not recommend if you're going for individual taxes. Not the professional attitude I was expecting based on the previous reviews. I scheduled a personal meeting with Scott a week ahead and kept receiving reminders. Today I went for my meeting to discover that he canceled my meeting and let me talk to his employees/coworkers. I explained my case to them but they didn't have the required expertise/experience to handle my situation and asked me to wait for him for an hour (if I want) while he finishes another meeting that is probably more important for him. So I decided to leave. When I had access to my email again after, I found that he sent an email to cancel shortly before the scheduled time. But why is he expecting me to keep checking my email while on my way to the meeting?? He did not only waste my time today but for the whole week I was waiting for this appointment. I could've found someone else!

When we first came to Scott, over a year ago, we were just starting our first business. We didn't have the slightest idea of how to even file simple forms. We probably had more questions than any 4 people combined because we love to have everything clear, concise, and focused. Needless to say, we were quite nervous about going into the world of back office accounting (and dealing with the IRS)! Luckily, Scott understood our need for information and was there to help us at every turn and offer unmatched advice. Padgett has provided us with a piece of mind that we couldn't replicate elsewhere. Through their tireless efforts to be efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and understanding to our specific needs, they have helped us successfully navigate our first year as a business. Padgett is an invaluable asset to our business. We couldn't have done it without you, guys.

I've been coming to see Scott and the great people at Padgett for almost a year now and it's been such a relief since I started. They just recently moved into a brand new office that is much larger and nicer than the last. It looks like they have added some extra staff to help take on the workload. I'm so glad to see them growing to help new clients. They do a wonderful job and offer a lot of different services. I always feel like they are handling my business as if it was the only one on their books (it isn't by any stretch of the imagination). I enjoy the hospitality and the sense of ownership they take in handling my business. They are reliable, dedicated and you don't ever have to worry about being ripped off. Keep up the good work!
