We have used Padgett Insurance for over a year for our insurance needs.  Troy and his staff have been great help to our family.  They provided us with competitive pricing and were available when we needed questions answered and if they were not able to help, they would send us in the direction of others that may.

Called for a quote and gave them all the information they requested yet they never emailed me the quote. They only emailed me a generic email with all the same questions that I had already answered over the phone. When I responded to the email asking if they had forgotten to attach the quote they responded with "No" and that's was the last I heard from them. What a waste of 15 mins of my life!
