I must say the two gentlemen in which we bought our policy from were great the night they came to our home.  I am now completely unsatisfied with the service in which I have received from Liberty National. Due to the automatic drafts not being set in the way I was told they were to be my account is now $200 overdrawn. I have NEVER had an overdraft on my own personal account. Then for some reason the policy is written in my husband's name with me the payor but I can not cancel the policy. Nor will they refund the money they have drawn out of my account.  Random amounts have been withdrawn so a $30 stop payment would do no good.  I am highly dissatisfied with this company and the way in which we we're completely mislead.

I love working with the people in the Richmond Hill office.  They are honest in their dealings and always put the customer first!!!
