We purchased my wedding set here over 20 years ago. Sadly, I lost my ring and have been broken hearted for months. Realizing that it was not going to turn up, I decided to get a new one. So back to Steve Padis we went. Initially, I contacted them via email and Jeff got back to be instantly. I told him what I was looking for and he put me on the list for entry. When I arrived, Valerie met me out front and escorted me back to the store. They really have a wonderful selection and the best pricing in the whole Jewelry Center. Valerie was very patient and knew exactly what I was trying to describe. When I chose my diamond, she contacted Mr Padis. As a return customer, I was very well taken care of. You really get a "family owned" feel while here. They soldered my rings together and set the stone while I waited. I don't live close, so I just went to grab lunch while it was being done. The box is amazing! I know that sounds silly- but it comes with an LED light that goes off when you open the box. I almost cried when I opened it. I can't vouch for the others sales people, but I do recommend Valerie. She recently helped one of my dear friends choose a ring that he surprised his fiancé with. She could not have been happier! Valerie applies no sales pressure. You tell her your budget and she will find you exactly what you are looking for. Thank you Valerie!!!

Every visit has been a wonderful, stress-free, exciting adventure. I have really only dealt with two associates and they were extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. Laurel is the one who usually helps me. She makes it fun and shares in your excitement. She also senses your needs and helps you make an informed decision. I will always take my jewelry fantasies to Laurel and see if she can make them in to reality. Love Padis Gems. You will too.

Seven years later Steve Padis is always taking great care of us. We take in our rings every year for a maintaince check ... We are always welcomed by Kerry. Her big hugs and smiles makes us feel so special ! We love coming back and seeing her every year. She always makes sure we are happy with our jewelry and goes above and beyond to make sure everything comes back just as requested!! Always comes back looking sparkly just like when we bought them 7 years ago!! We always feel so special when we visit! Thank you again for your amazing/special service!!

We were referred to Babur by family, and although we're located in San Diego we were able to communicate by email and plan our trip to San Francisco with ease. The trip was well worth it - and despite my lack of knowledge about jewelry, he and the rest of the Padis team made the experience extraordinary. I cannot emphasize enough how much we appreciate the lengths they went to, allowing us to try on a number of bands and working with our predefined budget. Definitely recommend reaching out to Babur if you're in the market!

There's no jewelry store in San Francisco that has the selection or staff that Padis Jewelry does. Truly in a class of its own. Got my wife's engagement ring here and it's perfect! Can't thank Alexis and Babur enough for their kindness and expertise.
