I have been go to pain specialists of Southern Oregon , for a little over 2 years. I am always greeted by my first name and after checking in am seen within 15 minutes, most of the time within 8 minutes. I wait but a few minutes In the waiting room and see my doctor Nancy, always is cheerful asks how I am doing. I could only wish all doctors and their staff could learn. I am always treated with respect and dignity, best pain specialists in Southern Oregon!!!!!!!!!!

Thought he was a good pain doc, until I saw a different pain doc in a different clinic. My pain is now 100% better managed than it ever was in the 10 years I was a patient of Dr Savino. His nurse was treated me poorly to say the least when a difficult situation came up, made multiple degrading comments to me on the phone and the Dr was not available to me when he was needed the most.

Saw Dr. Savino four times. Treatment did no good. He was friendly and courteous the first three times but the last time he was distant and couldn't get out of the room fast enough. There was no follow up on the shots he put in my back at all.

Looks like the only place in SO. Unfortunately while the staff is friendly and polite the medical corporation seems to be incompetent in their ability to service patients. My wife called for a solid week about her prescription. The automated call system will NOT get you to a human being, you can only leave messages that do not get returned, despite the assurance that they will do it in 24 hours. I finally got thru by random attempts of entering in extensions (oh, billing was easily reachable but unable to help). Upon finally reaching a person and establishing the fact that it was not someone else's fault we were told that they would process that order. Previously we got a written prescription that we turned in to the pharmacy. Now there is a new electronic system. Lots more things to blame for incompetency.

I see Dr. Savino on a regular basis. I had a scheduled appointment & during the appointment I asked the doc if he could inject my index finger knuckle as it was so inflamed with arthritis I could not use it. The doc didn't make me get a whole different appointment and did the injection! Boy, it not only helped the knuckle but also the inflamed wrist. My arthritis is a secondary condition I see the doc for! I feel great with Dr. Savino in my corner!
