I have been a patient for a year now. I broke my arm last February and had no idea where to go for my emergency room follow up. SOO found me an appointment very promptly (others had a week or more wait). I was seen by an X-ray technician, a doctor, a physician's assistant and fitted with a brace to hold my arm in the correct position. I was referred to a specialist for my osteoporosis, in their staff, as well. Everyone treated me with the utmost professional and friendly manner. They authorized my insurance so I could go to a physical therapist that was very close to my home. My arm healed without surgery, which is the outcome that I had hoped for. The office is often very full of patients, and occasionally I had to wait. However, with this level of care I did expect some of that. I seriously cannot fathom why there would be any bad reviews for this office. They must have caught them at a bad day.

Dr. Bengard operated on both of my wrists to release Carpel Tunnel Syndrome that was severely limiting the use of my hands and arms. He was amazing. I had a small incision in the area and done under local anesthesia. The pain was instantly gone and have it no more. I was healed in a week, using all of my previously useless fingers. Best of all was his caring attitude and concern for me. I am a senior with state assisted Medicare, not a "high class insurance" and it made no difference in my care or treatment at this Clinic.

I broke my wrist a year ago and received excellent care from Dr. Bengard. He took time to explain everything to me about my injury and treatment,and took great care of me. I was concerned about going to Southern Oregon orthopedics due to so many bad reviews, and a couple of friends bad experiences with this group. But after reading his bio I decided to meet with him and was very glad I did. I can not vouch for all the doctors with this group, but I highly recommend Dr. Bengard.

Outstanding doctors. I had an accident a few months ago, I went through a pain free surgery/recovery (Dr. Denard) and an accurate diagnostic for secondary issues on my left foot (Dr. Owens). Both, professionals and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Went to Dr. Ho for a hip injury...he only took x-ray, did not touch me at all to find where the pain is coming from. So, I did x-ray, of course it is not the bone. I am having nerve impingement down my right leg and foot, have already had 8 weeks of P.T., and I am still in difficult pain walking. I called to ask for a MRI, but he won't prescribe me one. All they do there is deal with bone/hip pain, and not anything else about the hip. So where else do I go? He sent me to Cabello, the back doctor, and he did a MRI of my back, but said he didn't think I was surgical. So now i am left limping and with this horrible nerve hip pain all the way to my ankle and foot. and they don't even care. I can't believe there is no one who wants to address my symptoms and refuse to do an MRI on my hip. Uncaring doctors who only like people with "high class insurance." Beware if you have Medicare, If they can't make any money off of Medicare, they will toss you out the door. It is a horrible experience. They don't care how many people fall through the cracks. And they were given a licence to serve the people, and to do it honestly and fairly, but now I believe they are all part of a "club", which does not up hold to their medical oath. We should be better protected from non caring, doctors who only want to serve the rich.
